Program Offerings

All of our programs are currently available in-person or  virtually.

The Oxygen Project offers school-age youth the powerful tools of yoga and mindfulness through ongoing classes held at schools and youth organizations. We also support schools, as well as youth development and mental health organizations, through self-care programming for staff, as we believe that in order to take care of our youth, staff must have resources to take care of themselves and one another.


Youth Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Weekly—or, more—yoga and mindfulness classes follow our curriculum aligned with social-emotional learning competencies and may be desk-side or mat-based.

Staff Wellness Classes

We understand the great amount of time and energy you invest in your work with youth, as well as the need to take care of yourself to prevent high stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout in the field.

Professional Development

Integrating yoga and mindfulness techniques into your work will encourage focus, calm, emotional competence, and resilience among the youth you serve.
