Data That
Tells a Story
These numbers reflect real moments of care, connection, and support. They tell the story of the young people and adults who shared space with us, the schools that welcomed us in, and the steady, relationship-based work that makes wellness accessible where it’s needed most.

“Our OP instructor was aware of the students’ individual needs and modified the class accordingly. She was very knowledgeable of the breathing, medication, and yoga poses. She set the room atmosphere so that it was conducive for learning. Our facilitator is a very effective yoga instructor. She was intentional about checking with the students’ emotional, mental, and physical needs/limitations prior to instruction. If the students were not physically, emotionally, or mental ready she was very flexible.
