Paula-Breonne Vickers | Program Manager
Paula-Breonne Vickers is a nonprofit leader, fundraiser, and community builder committed to advancing wellness, equity, and collective care for St. Louis’ mothers, children, and families. For more than 15 years, her work has centered on children and youth-focused initiatives, including program design, trauma-informed community programming, youth wellness, family engagement, maternal health advocacy, and grassroots organizing that strengthens neighborhoods and supports long-term community healing.
With experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, donor development, grant writing, program management, and youth-centered program development/curriculum design, Paula-Breonne has helped organizations grow community partnerships, secure funding, and expand mission-driven impact. Throughout her career, she has designed and supported programs that create safe, affirming, and healing-centered spaces where children and families can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically. She is especially passionate about ensuring Black mothers and children feel seen, supported, and safe.
Paula-Breonne is also the visionary behind initiatives focused on mindfulness, healing, collective care, family wellness, and emerging maternal wellness initiatives centered on rest, healing, and community restoration.
A proud mother, advocate, and lifelong North City resident, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her leadership, believing deeply that when mothers and children are well, entire communities thrive.
